Hiring for call center jobs
Call centers are a good source of regular jobs in the Philippines. Currently this industry employs around 500,000 people, and this number is forecast to rise as more and more global companies establish call center operations in the Philippines.
Good English speaking skills are normally required for these jobs, but there are increasing hiring opportunities for people with skills in other languages such as Spanish, Japanese, German, Mandarin, French, Korean, Bahasa and Thai. If you can speak more than one of these languages, you will be more employable!
